If your muscle doesn’t “jiggle” when relaxed, then you have a problem. We foam-roll and have massages done in order to relax our muscles and remove tension. A muscle can’t work properly if it’s tense all the time. Seriously, people should stop looking at things that are incredibly healthy as “gross” or whatever.

This is another way to really fire up your core - perpendicular legs! It takes a lot of strength to keep that extended leg straight and parallel to the ground.

I tend to fluctuate between 110/115 ish and 130. Depending on what my stress level and fitness/health level are at any given time. I tend not to rely on numbers, but instead on how I look and feel. Like, take now for an example, I haven’t weighed myself in two months, I currently have no clue what my actual weight is.
